Participant Eligibility Criteria
To ensure program quality and alignment with sponsor requirements, applicants are expected to meet the following baseline criteria:
Currently enrolled undergraduate student or recent graduate within the sponsor-eligible timeframe
Academic background relevant to the intended training field
Demonstrated intermediate or higher English proficiency
Ability to meet designated sponsor and federal eligibility requirements
Professional readiness and adaptability for an international workplace environment
Final program eligibility is subject to host acceptance and designated sponsor approval in accordance with federal regulations.

Our total service fee is $1,500 USD, divided into two stages.

While UniColl’s service fee covers structured placement and visa preparation support, participants should prepare for additional third-party and government-related expenses.
Approximately $5,500 – $6,500 USD
This includes UniColl service fees, U.S. sponsor program fees, government visa costs, insurance, and personal preparation expenses.
All third-party fees are paid directly to the respective organizations.

If a student attends their scheduled visa interview and receives an official denial:
Stage 1 ($500) is retained, as host placement services have been completed.
$500 from Stage 2 is retained to cover sponsor coordination and visa preparation work.
$500 from Stage 2 will be refunded within 14 business days.
Official denial documentation is required for refund processing.

Host placement decisions are made solely by the host company.
If a student does not pass the initial host interview, UniColl will provide structured interview feedback and may coordinate up to two additional interview opportunities during the pilot phase (subject to availability).
If no placement is secured after structured placement efforts are completed, Stage 1 remains non-refundable as placement coordination services have been performed.

UniColl provides professional preparation, structured coordination, and placement effort; however, we cannot guarantee hiring outcomes as they depend on host company evaluation and program eligibility standards.

Begins upon sponsor coordination and concludes at the completion of the program period. -
Stage 1 ($500) is non-refundable once enrollment and placement coordination begin.
Stage 2 ($1,000) becomes partially refundable depending on case status.
In the event of official visa denial, a structured 50/50 split of Stage 2 applies.
After DS-2019 issuance and visa approval, service fees become non-refundable.
All refunds are processed within 14 business days and require official documentation where applicable.
