UniColl Exchange does not operate as a visa sponsor, employer, host organization, or immigration authority.

Participation in internship programs is subject to the policies and approval processes of third-party organizations, including but not limited to the U.S. Department of State - designated sponsors, host companies, and government authorities.

UniColl Exchange does not guarantee:

  • Internship placement

  • Visa approval

  • Program acceptance by a sponsor organization

  • Employment outcomes or career advancement

All visa issuance decisions are made solely by U.S. consular officers. Program placements and hiring decisions are determined entirely by host organizations.

Program details, timelines, and requirements may change due to factors outside the control of UniColl Exchange, including but not limited to government regulations, sponsor policies, host company decisions, and visa processing conditions.

By participating in UniColl Exchange services, participants acknowledge that UniColl provides coordination and advisory services only and that final decisions related to program participation remain with the respective third-party organizations.
