Pre-departure orientation
Arrival assistance in the U.S.
Ongoing advisory support
2. U.S. Sponsor Program Fee
Estimated $1,100 – $1,600 USD
Paid directly to the designated U.S. Sponsor Organization.
Includes:
DS-2019 issuance
Federal compliance monitoring
Sponsor administration
Final sponsor fee depends on Intern or Trainee category and program duration.
3. Government & Insurance Requirements
All government fees are paid directly to U.S. authorities.
Government Fees:
SEVIS I-901 Fee – $220 USD
DS-160 Visa Application Fee – $160 USD
Health Insurance:
Estimated $75 – $105 per month
(Required for entire program duration)
4. Travel & Personal Preparation
Recommended arrival funds: $1,500 – $2,000 USD
Participants should budget for:
Airfare
Estimated $650 – $800 USD (one-way trip)
Estimated $1300 - $1500 USD (Round trip)
