1. UniColl Exchange Service Fee $1500

Divide into two stage (Stage 1 : $500 and Stage 2 : $1000)

Paid directly to UniColl Exchange.


Includes:

  • Consultation & eligibility review

  • Host placement coordination

  • Interview preparation

  • Visa documentation support

  • Pre-departure orientation

  • Arrival assistance in the U.S.

  • Ongoing advisory support

2. U.S. Sponsor Program Fee

Estimated $1,100 – $1,600 USD

Paid directly to the designated U.S. Sponsor Organization.


Includes:

  • DS-2019 issuance

  • Federal compliance monitoring

  • Sponsor administration

Final sponsor fee depends on Intern or Trainee category and program duration.

3. Government & Insurance Requirements

All government fees are paid directly to U.S. authorities.


Government Fees:

  • SEVIS I-901 Fee – $220 USD

  • DS-160 Visa Application Fee – $160 USD

Health Insurance:

  • Estimated $75 – $105 per month

(Required for entire program duration)

4. Travel & Personal Preparation

Recommended arrival funds: $1,500 – $2,000 USD


Participants should budget for:

  • Airfare

    • Estimated $650 – $800 USD (one-way trip)

    • Estimated $1300 - $1500 USD (Round trip)

  • Personal living costs

    • Depending on your budget and lifestyle
