This stage establishes program fit and readiness prior to placement coordination.
Step 2: Host Interview & Placement Coordination
Qualified candidates are carefully matched and presented to suitable host organizations.
We provide structured interview preparation, coordination, and guidance throughout the host interview process.
This stage includes:

Placement confirmation upon official offer

Step 3: Sponsor Coordination & Visa Processing
Upon placement confirmation, we coordinate with the designated sponsor to initiate documentation, compliance review, and DS-2019 processing.

Visa interview guidance
We ensure that all federal and sponsor requirements are managed carefully and professionally to support a smooth visa application process.
