These Terms of Service constitute a binding agreement between UniColl Exchange and program participants.

These Terms of Service govern participation in UniColl Exchange internship support services.

By enrolling in the program and submitting the service fee, participants acknowledge that they have read, understood, and agreed to these terms.

1. Nature of Services

UniColl Exchange provides consulting, coordination, and preparation support services for international internship programs.

Services may include:

  • Internship placement coordination

  • Interview preparation

  • Program guidance

  • Visa documentation assistance

  • Pre-departure orientation

UniColl Exchange operates as a program support and coordination service and is not the employer, visa sponsor, or host organization.

2. Placement Process

Internship placement depends on host company hiring decisions. While UniColl Exchange makes reasonable efforts to coordinate placement opportunities, placement is not guaranteed. Host organizations maintain full authority over final hiring decisions.

3. Visa Responsibility

Visa issuance decisions are made solely by U.S. consular officers. UniColl Exchange does not guarantee visa approval under any circumstances. Participants are responsible for preparing required documentation and attending the scheduled visa interview.

4. Participant Responsibilities

Participants are expected to:

  • Provide accurate documentation

  • Respond to program communications in a timely manner

  • Attend scheduled interviews and meetings

  • Follow sponsor and host organization policies

Failure to comply with program requirements may affect participation eligibility.

5. Fees and Payment

Program service fees are structured according to the UniColl Exchange Cancellation and Refund Policy, which forms part of these Terms of Service.

Participants are responsible for all third-party fees including, but not limited to:

  • Visa application fees

  • SEVIS fees

  • Sponsor program fees

  • Insurance

  • Travel expenses

6. Program Changes

Program details may be subject to change due to:

  • Host company decisions

  • Sponsor requirements

  • Government regulations

  • Visa processing conditions

UniColl Exchange will make reasonable efforts to inform participants of relevant updates.

7. Limitation of Responsibility

UniColl Exchange is not responsible for:

  • Host company hiring decisions

  • Visa approval outcomes

  • Changes in government regulations

  • Personal decisions made by participants during the program

  • Third-party services including sponsors, insurance providers, or host organizations

8. Acceptance of Terms

Enrollment in the program and payment of service fees constitute acceptance of these Terms of Service and related policies, including the Refund and Cancellation Policy.
